Day 1: Christchurch to Queenstown to see the beautiful Southern Lakes
8am pick up from your Christchurch accommodation. Leave Christchurch, travelling through the Canterbury Plains and drive south, passing lush green farmland of Canterbury where you will see lots of sheep, cattle and deer farms.
Heading inland, the landscape soon changes from rolling hills to spectacular mountains and lakes. We stop at Lake Tekapo for photos and lunch. Photograph and view the Church of the Good Shepherd.
We also pass the picturesque glacial Lake Pukaki with spectacular views of Mount Cook (New Zealand’s highest mountain).
Heading further south takes us to spectacular Queenstown adventure capital of NZ. Then enjoy time to explore this beautiful alpine town.

Day 2: Queenstown to Milford Sound, cruise, then overnight in Te Anau
7.30am pick up from your hotel. Today we visit the beautiful Fiordland World Heritage Park where we stop at the picturesque Lake Te Anau for photos and a bite to eat.
Travel to the spectacular Milford Sound an ecological and natural wonderland that will take your breath away. Enjoy an exciting adventure exploring the mighty Fiords on a Milford Sound boat cruise where you can see waterfalls, dolphins, seals and much more.
Overnighting in Te Anau with time to relax and enjoy the town on the edge of Lake Te Anau (New Zealand’s second largest lake) - we can even arrange an evening glow worm tour for you!

Day 3: Queenstown (and returning to Christchurch)
8am pick up from your hotel/motel.Drive to Queenstown to enjoy a scenic Gondola (Cable car) ride to take in the spectacular mountain and lake views.
You may like to include a thrilling Shotover Jet Boat ride, an enjoyable way to finish your tour in Queenstown.
Choose to either stay on in Queenstown, be transferred to the airport to meet an afternoon flight, or drive back to Christchurch with your guide.
